TQA provide an integrated management system framework which can support any or all of the following, business excellence, quality, environmental, health and safety, people and risk management systems. The system is tailored to your specific organisation and operations and can include any existing management systems.

Q. What is an Integrated Management System?

A. An Integrated Management System pulls all your management systems e.g. quality, environmental, health and safety and people systems into one integrated system. This avoids unnecessary duplication and bureaucracy both in documentation and business operations.

All the individual management systems that TQA offer are designed to be part of an integrated management system.

Our level of service can be tailored to meet your specific needs. Small/medium sized businesses normally opt for our implementation and basic maintenance package as a minimum. Depending on your internal resources our full management support option is worth considering, particularly for the first couple of years.

The "Implementation only" service includes:

  • an on-site review of your existing operations

  • creation of process flow diagrams of all relevant business processes in your organisation in full consultation with your employees

  • preparation of an integrated management system manual with all necessary documented procedures based on these process flow diagrams

  • GAP analysis to ensure all relevant standards are met

  • training for senior management and employees to guide the implementation of new systems and close any GAPS

  • internal auditing of your operations to ensure system is implemented in practice

  • supporting you at any certification audit to achieve successful registration to the required standard/s.

The "Basic maintenance" service includes:

  • on-going internal audits

  • updating the integrated management system as required

  • support at regular certification surveillance audits with necessary follow-up work to maintain certification.

The "Full management support" service in addition to the basic maintenance service includes:

  • regular attendance at management meetings to provide input to strategy and policy decision making.

  • management review including non-conformance analysis, review and reporting.
